I once saw a no. plate with just the number "7" on it in the west end, was pretty cool! although im not sure on how legal that is?

On the subject though i pretty sure the most expensive plate ever sold by the is "k1ng". Sold for £100,000 (i think).

Steve Parrish who was a motorbike & then a truck racing driver ( now retired ) managed to get PEN 15 registered on a car in the U.K. a few years back.

He also tried to get M1 NGE but the DVLA refused to let that be issued.
