I was not sure about this auction because of the strange payment methods, however, the phone came next day, i have it in my hand, its an Orange branded phone & i havnt any big issues with the branding, i like the phone, if i find it becomes slow i will report back.

Yea, the seller has a way of making hiimself look a bit dodgey, i think thats why people shy away, just look at this one for eg;

Well, hes been selling phones for ages on ebay, also goes under the ebay name MADJACKFAN check it out, i did.
i have all the invoices from the payment system
lots of happy customers it seems.

Well i think the fact that Orange for the moment are not selling them anymore (just selling off current stock) tells the story.
Also it has the orange homescreen (line of icons down the left) and all the icons and logos have been changed, not to mention functions such as the RSS reader being disabled
