well i sold a phone on ebay, it was an l7 SLVR which krish can tell you that wasnt in such a bad condition. i sold it with a brand new bt headset for 69 quid all in and now the buyer phones me up saying its in shit condition and he wants his money back. he said he bought it for his daughters bday ( since when do we buy used phones as gifts? ) and i said back to him, i described it as scratched and now your complaining, we had a little argument and i just said gimme a few days n ill get you a new case cus im not such a bad guy! i completely forgot to do this as i was busy with family functions that week , so the guy opens a paypal dispute. now all the guy has to do is get a 3rd party company to write on a peice of paper that the phone is badly scratched and not as described. i mean, how can they allow that, he could just scratch the phone himself and then get the receipt to prove its scratched!!!! krishan can tell you the phone is in good nic.
anyway, DONT USE PAYPAL!!! its crap

paypal is a ball ache! ive had several experiences where paypal freeze your money or just rip it straight away on the word of someone trying to scam you! the worst is when they ask you for proof of delivery which you provide and they then state that as there is no signature available on line then it isnt valid. i havent found any online services where you can actually access someons signature yet! maybe in paypals world!!!

I seem to be the only person so far who hasn't had a problem with Paypal... have had a couple of problems where I've paid for an ebay auction via paypal then not recieved the item, I've reported it to ebay and paypal, and have then gotten all my money back!
My only issue with paypal is that their charges do seem a little high... I understand they have to make money, but it does sometimes seem to take the piss!
