This is american comedian Bill Maher who thought it was funny to wear a halloween costume of Steve Irwin being stabbed by the Stingray barb from which we all know he was tragically killed.
This is so tasteless what a bl**dy idiot!!

I like my comedy and humour close to the bone - but this is in rather poor taste - and not funny at all anyway! Bet he just did it for the publicity - never mind personal standards or anything like that!
And I just have to say - this is the first time in a long time I've seen Axxxr and REO agree on something.... build on it guys!
