If your a child of the 80's like me then you may remember the TV Series Knight Rider, what memories eh...where did all those years go?

Anyway if you were a fan of the show then you may be pleased to learn that a Knight Rider Movie is in the works and should be out in 2008..What?...It ain't even 2007 yet..lets hope its worth the wait.

All we have for now is this Teaser poster....car looks damn hot,is that a Mclaren F1 or is it just me?

Wow, I think that's one for me to see! Loved that series - when I worked in Derby someone had an exact replica of the '80s KITT - same make of car, had the red light at the front, the joystick style steering wheel, it even made that noise when the light when back and fourth on the car front!

I wonder if it'll be the 'Hoff' at the wheel still?

And if not, who would you like to see in KITT?

ive searched the net about this...

and this was stalled many times... coz of the cars manufacturer etc etc, Hoff wanted to use the same car model or maybe the successor to the 80s model, but then the manufacturer refused the car to be used... and then there still probs with the script, Hoff wanted to have that touch and feel of the 80s series. and ive also read that Hoff wanted Orlando Bloom to be Knights Son who would replace him behind KITT. and lots more.

i dunno if they had finished making up the casts. Hoff is definitely gonna be in there, but not behind the wheels. and some stars from the old series have left the living world... still they hafta adjust some storylines...

but definitely this will be a hit.

hhmmm still wondering if they would pop Goliath in the movie.

This should be awesome, Knight Rider was one of my fave shows and it would be darn cool if they got goliath in there.

Its gotta have the Hoff in , would'nt be Knight Rider without him, though i can see it having a story along the lines his son takes over the reigns from him, whateva happens this is either going to be awesome or a massive flop

It is being written by Glen A LArson (the guy who wrote it originally) and so far has the following cast: David Hasselhoff, Gregory Smith, Ted Levine, Yasmine Bleeth, Dash Mihok, Nicholas Lea, Jack Scalia.
Rumours have it that KITT will be a Konigsegg CCX

Yeah . . . and I am an 80's kid too ! But I prefer the tv-series COMBAT in the 70's which stars: Vic Morrow (RIP)

The ones used in the 80's is a Trans-Am brand . . .

Will there also a MOVIE line-up plan for The A-Team which stars Mr. T !

JoJo internet chat suggests a A-Movie might be on the cards.

Its more than likely it will get made at some stage.
