Trying to connect my z520a to my mac ... I've been up and down these boards, all across the 'net and can't figure out why it will not recognize the phone - all it will do is charge off the computer through my dcu-60 - are there any software patches for it to exchange pictures/data to my g4?

The Z520 only has internal memory, not a memory stick, so it doesn't mount on the desktop when plugged in via USB.
The easiest way to transfer data is using the 'Bluetooth File Exchange' utility that is pre-installed on your Mac.
