I have a problem backing up my device. Part way through, I get the following;
Backup Status
Fail
Remarks
3rd party applications:
3rd party applications - Cancelled by device.
u8rnqdygpc9rmqsd1fwmamr9br8- - Device not responding.
Has anyone else received this and know what has caused it?

It's been mentioned a 1000 times before. If you search, I am sure you can find your answer. anyway, just in case you are lazy and need a quick answer: delete your previous bak-ups and it'll not fail anymore. If you don't wanna risk it, then there's no other solution. Good luck.

Just to let all know, I moved the other backups to anothe location before backing up again which worked.
