Alright, i just got myself a new intl debit card so my finally i can use my paypal account for the first time.
I need to test the waters on the entire thing tho......check out if it all works together, how much fees i am charged by my bank etc etc so i'm looking to spend a small amount of 1-2 USD online on something using paypal.
So, Whats the coolest way to spend this small sum of money online??
