Hi, my w800 fell and the lcd screen cracked, so in the middle part is a big gray spot that won't allow me to see well. But there seems to be no other damages or malfunctions.
I found at Ebay a good price screen that even comes with a Torx 6 for free.
Is it hard to replace the lcd? Would I need anything else beside the torx?

It's a fairly easy job, usually only takes me about 5-10 minutes. There's a dissasembly guide somewhere here or over on
www.se-nse.net to help you too.
You shouldn't need any other tools, though one of those plastic phone opening tools/spatula things will help with getting the front facia off without damaging it
