I was doing a bit of a sort out today and I found my old MMR-60, which I haven't used since my w800i.! I plugged it into my P990i to see it it still worked, but the P990i just hangs on the transmit/edit screen.. It says its in wired headset mode when the MMR-60's plugged, mutes the media player, the light turns on and off as it usually would, but does not transmit any signal. Any Tips???

Cheers

I think it's a BUG, mine does not work too, after testing it with my k750.... guess we'll have to wait for the new firmware...

I have the current R7A firmware and the MMR-60 works fine. No difference in strength though so it means that I still only receive mono sound in my car as before with my old K750.

Works perfectly with R9 firmware. With R7 it hung if I tried use the MMR-60 in speaker-mode for phone calls. Now it uses the phone's built-in speaker.

@dgilmartin:
Sorry, no idea. My phone is Generic 1. The good thing is that all phones here in Oman are unlocked and unbranded. The bad thing is of course that all phones are very expensive. I paid 620 US dollars for mine two months ago.
