Ok. I'm torn between the M600i and the 810i.

Basically the below are some of my thoughts:-

M600i
Unstable OS? Frequent crashes?
Would love to be able to open Excel & Word file for biz usage
Relatively slow?
Are the speakers comparable to 810i while playing music via the speakers?
Ability to add apps.

810i
I love my music!
Cool, hip and small in size
Camera - tho I doubt I'll use it frequently.

I'm in my end twenties and are currently using the dino era K700i which I think are about time to be replaced.

well mate, it's kinda confused. i see you dont kare about kamera, so go for the m600. and youre a grown up guy, so i think u look better with a m600. W810 is for teens like us, i guess. no offenses

hi there. i was in the same dilemma. i did some extensive research and i eventually chose the m600i. will be getting mine on friday so i can give you advice by the weekend. i'm also using a k700 which served me well for the past two years. i chose the m600i for it's large touch screen, internet browser, bluetooth music support, ability to read office documents, and it can also read ebooks.cheers

@ V-Spec

I also did almost the same choice.
Before my M600 I had a K750 for 1 year. (bought both phones the same day as they hit the shelves.)

When getting the M600 I also thought about the K800. I took the M600 just because it was realised earlier.

I love the big touch-screen on the M600, the easy way with the qwerty-keyboard to type SMS and e-mail and the word/excel reading/editing ability. The downside is exactly what you mention, the slow interface. In the beginning I could live with it, but now it annoys me more and more. When reading a new-recived SMS it takes a few annoying seconds, editing the phonebook is slow, and so on.

I also have problem with syncing it with my laptop, even when I have flashed it with the latest software.

I´m not sure I would have done the same choice today. I think I wait until next year when the new 5 MPix phone is out, or the new stylish-phone, with 2 MPix and who is very thin. (heard it from a friend who works on SE.)

Just my personal thougts.
Cheers!
