i tried using the search but there were no topics which touched on my problem.
i need help. my p990i does not allow me to search any website via wlan connection. i can connect to my wireless router at home, no problem. but the error "could not connect to remote server" keeps appearing when i type in a web address. my p990 runs on the old firmware btw, if it's a factor.

Have you tryed any other internet using aplications with it e.g. email?
If that doesnt help maybe your router is not allowing a full connection to the internet...
what router do you have, what ISP? +anything else that might help...

check security settings match those of your router. same prob happened to me until i enterd the full 13 hex pairs for WEP and changed it to shared
