hi i kno im onli 15 lol but am looking to get fitter and get rid of my puppy fat. and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on hoe?
i kno ill havr to cut back on all ma sweets n stuff lol:-) but i can do tht.
also is it possible to get your body abit more toned at this age.am onli about 5ft 5-6 inches

Hmm, I'm 28 and also looking to get rid of my, er, puppy fat too!

Think I'm just going to cut down on food portion sizes, try to cut down on the snacking I've been doing since giving up smoking, and try to take a bit more excecise... even if just a 30 min walk every day!

well i have a paper round in the morning which i would say i walk about a mile and then at night about half a mile at night walking the dog.but just want to get a bit stronger ,bigger muscles etc .
lol tht may sound silly lol.
the only problem is i eat so much junk food.i mena i have good dinners at night,helthy ones and i onli drink water but i still eat alot of sweets lol:-(.

i say wait a bit your only 15, your naturally going to bulk out a bit (muscle wise) in the next few years.

if you wanna lose a few pounds just watch what you eat and do plenty of excercise

buy some weights then and work on your arms a bit dont go to mad though, looks daft when people have massive arms and a weedy body.

go swimming thats a good all over body work out

Don't go to the weights yet ok, at your age it can be very dangerous. That's one reason why gyms have an age minimum of 16/18 and even then they are weary about you using weights. You can look to eating healthy, try to stay away from high fat bloating foods such as cheese, as well as exercise, running being the best.

I wouldn't go too mad on the weights, as someone has already said. For a start, your body is still developing, you don't want to damage something or stunt your growth or anything.

My problem is almost no excecise, I drive everywhere, and am a bit too old for a paper round! Those early mornings would be a killer too!
