This is pathetic,A 52-year-old man has been banned by Wal Mart because he looks like Osama Bin Laden.

Even a fool can see that he looks nothing like him, this whole ridiculous war on terror and picking on innocent people just because they resemble a terrorist?...the whole things a joke!

Article

"Brufani is a self-employed small businessman who supplies all the major markets with potato chips.

He was standing next to his truck in the delivery area of a Wal-Mart,He had just unloaded his crates and wanted to go home. All he needed was the delivery receipt. But the store manager kept him waiting.

Brufani already noticed the two men in suits when he was unloading his crates: They were staring at him. They eyeballed him, whispered to each other, looked at him again. Then they went to the store manager's office.

"You can't work here anymore. Orders from upstairs," the store manager said when she finally arrived at the car park, Brufani remembers. He asked whether he had done anything wrong, and she told him no the problem was his beard. "The controllers think you look like Osama bin Laden. If you appear on any of the images recorded by the security cameras, I'll lose my job."

"Those North Americans are nuts, Brufani thought to himself. Do they really think bin Laden would spend his time delivering chips to a Wal-Mart store in La Plata?"

Why should he have to shave his beard?...Its a personal choice, and its also a part and practice of some religions, mainly Islam,Judaism, and Sikhism.

Just because some people are ignorant and narrow minded doesn't mean ordinary folk should have to change how they choose to live!

Its discrimination plain and simple!

What stupidity. Hope he does sue them over it. Only in america can the heights of stupidity rise... Bigoted in their outlook as well. Not surprising the founder of Wal-mart is from the "Bible-belt" a region known for narrow , bigoted views and inbred bubbas.. Guess it carries over to Wal-mart company policy...

That's discrimination for sure. Isn't that an easy thing to contest in court though?
