1. I want to know how do I install new language packs on my W800. Is it enough to copy the .lng and .t9 files and edit allowed_language.txt or do I have to change/delete lng.dat & lng.lst? Or maybe I MUST flash with a different CDA FS as to match the manguages I want on my phone?! Can I use w800 CDA changer for K750 to update via SEUS but pointing to a different CDA?
2. does w800 know how to show call duration for every call and not only the last one?

Just CDA changing wouldn't change anything also.
You need to flash your phone (with the desired region firmware) using davinci, far or something like that (see se-tool.net).
