once text typed, but removed, the window still shows up on the standby screen. it should not.

Probably because it's the same application. The program detects the currently running application, and if it's the standby app, it shows itself. But it seems the shortcuts is also part of the standby app...

Thats one feature of the w800 that wont be missing anymore. Whats the maximum amount of lines it can show? Im still waiting for o2 online to give me my w950. Cool, was it difficult to program?

Theres only three things in the wish list to complete this app:
- Be able to store multiple large .txt files up to memory available in phone
- Be able to move the .txt file to and from the computer
- Add password/pin protection to view notes on the phone
Or if its not there already, add a paste text feature

Btw, I forgot to mention:
Switch to the application, select More->Toggle re-pos. Now the note will be visible. You can drag it on the screen, anywhere you want. If you grab the lower right corner, you can resize it as well
