wish there was a regional forum for this .. but since there isn't i hope i don't get in trouble for this ..
i'm having problems upgrading the firmware on my k800i with 3 of the computers in my house .. i have no fricken clue what is going on but the phone is never recognized as a usb device to upgrade, but it is when it comes to file transfering .. if there are any soCAL people (i'm in the LA area) that have upgraded their firmware on this model and can spend some time for me to bring you my phone to see if you can upgrade the firmware for me please let me know!

yes .. the phone just isn't cooperating with me .. and i'm pretty certain i'm doing everything correct .. if anyone is in the area that has it working already .. i'd like to just use ur setup to see if it is the phone or i'm just doing something wrong.
