My mum just got her W710, menu changes with every new theme, the phone even pulses when browsing.
Got a feeling it's a firmware ability of the Walkman phones though.

If you are meaning in the way you can change cid36 k750s and w800s with custom icons then yes it is possible. Unfortunately this cannot be done with free software yet.
