What has changed after upgrading to R5A010 from R3A010 on t65:
Few weeks ago,I went to a se service point to upgrade to new Software, In fact they've done the process in 10 minutes.That was amazing...If you decide to do so, or wonder what's changed ,here's what I've noticed...Note that all of your entries on the phone will be deleted after upgrading..This is a master-reset..(All settings -including wap,game highscores,sms/e-mail templates,all personal melodies,logo downloaded via wap- will be reset.)....But I think it is worth trying...
1- On Extras/Games, ''Game'' is removed from Menu.
2- Shorter time out for display light when calling/being called (light goes off without the fading out effect this time) in order to reduce the buzzy sound caused by the display light.
3- When composing an SMS,suppose you hit ''a'' ,when you press > or 4- Better,faster T9 input.
5- Network list updated.
6- On Messages/Chat after entering a number leave the menu with pressing ''no'' after this, a symbol appears on the right, means that chat is still on.
7- on Data counter pop-up (After disconnection from wap) and data counter menu, a new 'clock'' symbol is added near the total time.
8- No Crashing when turning off the phone.
9- Less crashes, (I only experience when I choose ‘’Contracts’’ under wap settings menu.)
10- When you receive an Sms,there was a blinking light as you all know,that was blinking continuously till you read the message..On this version of sw it stops blinking after a period.
11-When you personalize a ring tone for a specific registry, this causes sms tone to change when you recieve an sms...This is quite different but mostly a useless new feature.
That’s all I’ve noticed on my t65...
