The M600 has a dual-function keyboard with both numeric and QWERTY layout. I don't think the W950 has this; it doesn't seem so on the pictures at least.

@QVGA

sound quality of the W950 via the DS970 is far superior to the M600. Used MP3s encoded at 192kbps for my tests. Reggae music sounds fantastic as the W950 can really manage bass music well. Best MP3 player I have ever heard!

What about the O/S?? Does the 950 have a sensible amount of RAM, or could this be a potential problem area??

@Aware

I managed to start with 20.1MB of RAM with my W950. Memory leaks are less of an issue compared with the M600 and P990. My FW is R1B01

Thanks Jah......the confirmation that are trying to resolve the 'leak' issue, maybe?? Or just that W950 has less than the P990 to actually run(no flip, less hardware to monitor, etc)??
Oooo, is the app constantly running, a la N91? If not(surprising), what's the access time like, compared to normal OSE-based 's??
