> P990 keyboard input default with ALT

Everytime after standby or not using the keyboard for a while, the keyboard input would be fixed with ALT on.
SO imagine, everytime I start to type SMS, web address, notes, ALT lock would be on and I won't realize I been typing 387(*@74(*@ until I read the screen.
Any way to NOT have ALT on as default? Or anyone having this problem

I had this problem. Mine's a VF handset. I've just upgraded the FW to R7A and it's OK now.
