Hey cold killer download the SEUS software from sonyericsson's website here is the link http://www.sonyericsson.com/s[....]&zone=ps&fid=21839&numItems=18
and download the .exe file then follow the steps then connect your phone as the software says and be sure that you are connected to the i nternet thats is andthe phone will do the rest!!

Did you use software to create the music files?
Are they in MP3 and AAC format? If not, the phone may not be able to read them.

ya i used mp3 gain for louder music and i use mp3 it dont accept aac for some stupid reason maybe u could pls help
