I've been trying to convert videos to my P910i but can't really get it to work any well...3gp gives poor quality and .mp4 plays in slow motion. So my question is:
Do you guys have any tips to what programs to use and formats an that kinda stuff so that I can have acceptable quality and a movie/video that can be played without beeing in slow motion or is laggy?

The P910i can play decent videos and smoothly, just depends on your settings when you encode the videos! What software are you using to make the videos or where are you downloading them from!

where do I get this program?
i use from 15-30fps depending on the format I am using...15 for 3gp and 30 for mp4

Yes,I used to convert them to Smart Movies from Lonely Cat. The best there is but it's not free qhile Mpegable is.
