Has anyone ever seen a sim card bought for a price like this? I doubt many would get sold for that price....but i must say, that is a fantastic number, so easy to remember....if i had a spare 10k, id get it

My UK number is very good but I wonder how much my Aussie number is worth.
Without revealing it, of course, it is like this
04XXXXABCD
where X is al the same number, and ABCD is a sequential run of numbers
my wife and kids have similar numbers all with just one digit different to mine
i.e. 04XXXYABCD
where Y is just one digit different for each member of the family
got them when GSM first started in Oz but wouldn't sell now anyway
...but I certainly wouldn't pay 10grand for a number anyway!

You are able to chose your number cant you, if you pay of course?
mass, seems your family has had luck with numbers, or did you ask for them?

like i said, i got them when GSM started up in oz so numbers were easily available and there was no premium for gold numbers in those days.

Mine is 0000336333,
0000 being the operator code. But I work for CPW so I basically choose the best number I see and keep it for friends and family
