Most Sony Ericsson phones have a basic Bluetooth remote built in, but don't be cheap, just buy Salling Clicker, it's an awesome program and will cost you a huge £13!

Basically, though, it allows you to control your Mac/PC via Bluetooth. But unlike the very simple built-in Bluetooth controllers, Salling Clicker displays realtime info on your phones screen such as:
- iTunes track time, artwork, artist, track name etc.
- Powerpoint slides
- Allows you to search your iTunes library from your phone
- Select tracks, playlists, albums , artists etc.
- Control system functions, volume etc.
All from within the same application, through menus and a proper interface.
