Im looking for remote control application that can show pc desktop on my phone display, using bluetooth.
A similar app is REMOTE DESKTOP, but it can only be used over GPRS.

No, don't think so.
Bluetooth is not that fast,, so you can't expect streaming videos

You can use Bluetooth Remote Control program as Nastyd said, but when it is slow, try adjusting the application to work with lower picture quality. Then it will work faster.
