Use your wap-browser to go to wap.sonyericsson.com. That's where I got mine - and it's free! (for w810i at least)

I tried various sources, and neither the wap browser nor the Opera Mini hacked were able to download it and install it. So, finally, I downloaded it on my PC from the link you provided, sent it to my phone in "other" and installed it... Ta-daaa! It works!
My phone is a K750i with R1CA021 and custom camera driver. FaceWarp saves the images at 640x480.
