I have a T68 and would like to connect to the net with my IPAQ. I have hscsd set up on my phone, but not GPRS. Will wait for my SPV before I have GPRS.
How do I connect to the net with the T68/IPAQ with hscsd.

You can either connect with BT or with Infrared. BT is cool, but older/cheaper iPAQs dont have it built in.
I haven't used HSCSD with the T68, but with Nokias you need to add the following into the "Extra dial strings" bit in your dial-up settings on your iPAQ:
28.8 KBit/s
Analogue: +CBST=0,0,1;+CHSN=4,0,0,0
43.2 KBit/s
Analogue: +CBST=0,0,1;+CHSN=6,0,0,0

Thanks for the reply, I tried that and followed the instructions on that site, but it still won't work. I get an error saying There is no answer at the number dialled.
If I remove the extra dial strings then it dials through. It seems that it is not dialling the number on the phone.

You could check your "dial strings". Dial strings tell the iPAQ whether to dial the country code etc before the number.
In general it's easier to set the Dial Strings to G (number only, no country or area codes) and to put the full number in yourself.
Can you get the iPAQ to dial up at all (even at 9.6kbps)?
What model iPAQ do you have, and what version of the OS?
How are you connecting to the phone (BT, or Infrared?)
