great find many thanks for that as i have a load of films that where converted for my PSP when i still had it and my Convertmovie software got corrupted so this looks like a great conversion tool again many thanks for sharing.

Try using the 3GPP AAC+ format, and increase the bitrate if you like (32+) Other AAC+ subformats may not work.

Got it sussed now. I clicked on devices and selected the Ipod settings, but lowered the bitrate slightly. Thanks for the link... my 2gb MS has just grown to a 6gb
