Samsung presented the SCH-W579 a new dual standby phone for the Chinese market.It allows users to access both CDMA and GSM networks simultaneously in a handset without switching SIM cards or handsets.

Measuring a mere 94.5 x 54 x 21.15mm, the SCH-W579 not only enables connectivity to dual-band CDMA and tri-band GSM networks; it also offers connections with USB 1.1, Bluetooth 1.2, and WAP 2.0.The 2.6" touch screen allows users to select items with a slight tap, or to input handwriting directly onto the TFT display.And it also includes a 2 Megapixel camera with flash and a music player.
