Hi,

I unluckily dropped my v600i on concrete today, and I consider myself particularly lucky that it did not smash as it is plastic. It just bent the casing slightly.

I would like to get the case replaced though, but by an authorised sony ericsson centre so as the phone keeps it's warranty.

Hi, if your looking for an authorised repairer best bet would be to contact Sony Ericsson and they will tell you the contact details to your nearest approved centre. They will probably only take it by post but ask S/Eric. if they have any walk in centres in your area?
That way they will use original spares and replace any security seals used to keep your warranty intact.

I know that there was a service centre in Southampton called Next Communications. i am unsure if they still are.

thanks, I'm going to give se a call tomorrow night, and if I have time send an email tonight.

may sound random but I have reasons, are there any se service centres near upton park or in canterbury (i have a trip there soon so...)?
