> W810 Memory Card Error

Ok, my mate has given me his W810 to try and sort out.
Basically its not recognising his memory card, when you try and access it, it says 'Memory Card Not Inserted'
I originally thought this might be due to a dodgy memory card BUT I took the memory card out of the W810 and put it in my w800 and my phone has no problems reading it SO i then put my w800 memory card into the w810 and it came up with the same message about no card being inserted.
So as far as i can tell it is either a firmware issue which needs the latest firmware flashing onto it OR it is a hardware issue but i have had the case off the front can cant see anything obviously wrong with it but im not sure what i should be looking for.
Anyone else any suggestions or had a similar problem?

i would try flashing it and see if that resolves it. If it doesnt then you know its a hardware fault if the mem card is ok which you said it is
