They're harder to come by than the O2, Vodafone etc SIM cards that are usually given away for free. Don't think you'll get them for less than £5 via a seller on eBay to be honest.

seen them for 3 quid in a market once, or maybe it was a small phone shop...it was in east london (upton park area) if I have anyway.
