Hi, just about to upgrade software but everytime I try to backup it fails with this:
Backup Status
Fail

Remarks
3rd party applications:
d:/ - Item not found.

C:\MEDIA FILES\MUSIC\Sounds\A22-06-06_10.17.amr:
10000080 - Device not responding.
C:\MEDIA FILES\MUSIC\Sounds\A22-06-06_10.17.amr - Cancelled by device.

Whats going on?!
I have backed it up a while ago

With regards to the 3rd party apps, I had the same issue, I just unticked that option and installed them again after manually.

As for the amr file, try just backing up that specific file or the folder the file is in manually to your M2 or PC.

Then run the Backup after.

I was told to delete all previous back-ups or at least copy the files out somewhere else then delte before you try.

i have this problem on w950i, and have found that de-selecting the unified inbox makes it all work. Fine, but this is only a partial backup not the full i want before i do firmware update.
Anybody get a good reliable fix for this issue??

[edit]
did the above and then selected unified and all ok. very strange, but seems to be ok now. had also deleted an old backup i had made[/edit]
