> Help! Paypal chargeback, probably fraudulent! what do I do!

I've probably been lucky to have been trading on Ebay for as long as I have without this happening but it has finally happened.
Someone's trying it on with a chargeback! They're claiming that their credit card was used fraudulently for a transaction way back on 4th August. This particular Ebayer, mouir123, is no longer registered with Ebay and has one or two comments about slow or non existant payment.
I've responded saying what I think about it being a fraudulent chargeback, pointing out my excellent feedback and that I had heard nothing from this buyer about this before, despite it being over three months ago.
I haven't got the Recorded delivery slip still sadly, though I don't think with them stating their card was used fraudulently that this will be too much of an issue.
What else can I do? Is there a phone number I can call? I want to email them with a bit of further information but can't seem to be able to email them regarding this dispute further as things stand.
Is there a good chance this scamming b4stard will get money off me? I really can't afford this crap, I have this person's address and really want to go over there and sort them out!!!

I had the same problem on my work ebay account. If you cant provide a proof of delivery then they will take the money from you. Transfer all your funds now and hope they cant take anymore when you receive some more.

My paypal balance is already in a negative to the tune of nearly £60. It looks like I'm screwed, put a thread on the Ebay community Paypal page, as I shipped to an unconfirmed address I'm not covered by the seller protection, and despite this twat being no longer registered on Ebay and obviously dodgy it looks like I will lose my money
The problem is they are 'claiming' unauthorised or fradulent card use, I'm sooo tempted to post this moron's address here and let any Esatonians near by join me in sorting this guy out! Is it worth my while going to the police?
In the future, I think I'm best holding onto recorded/special delivery reciepts for longer than I do, and to specify confirmed addresses only for any items of any value - say above £50 or so

I am well pissed off about this, am tempted to go round to this idiot's house and tell him EXACTLY what I think but problem is with me working in healthcare any kind of criminal record and I lose my registration and therefore my job!
By the sounds of things I'm going to have to take this on the chin and smile sweetly as money is taken fraudunently from my account as I didn't adhere exactly to Paypal's terms and conditions.
Saluatory lesson to all of you - don't accept payments from 'unconfirmed' addresses via Paypal. They could well turn round and bit you on the arse in a few months time.
Link to the auction in question btw:

As I can't really do anything due to my career, if anyone wants to PM me I'll give them his address and the email he was using, if nothing else I can have the twat bombarded with spam and junk mail!

@Sammy
Well he did have 37+ feedback until 3 months ago so I think I would have done the same mate.
Sorry to hear it. He needs to be taught a lesson the swine.

Did he leave you positive feedback saying he received the item?
Edit: I noticed he ledt you positive feedback saying "great phone". isnt't this proof that he received it?
