> Ebay Trouble?

I've ran into a small problem with Ebay. Recently I bought an item for a reasonable amount of money and hoped to recieve the item soon, either today or tomorrow. Problem is, Ebay now tells me that this 'extremely high feedback' seller (80,000+) is now unregistered or has been suspended or something. I'm hoping that despite this I will recieve the item as normal as I have already paid. If I don't recieve the item Ebay says to 'see' what I can claim back from Ebay or PayPal, by opening a 'Item not recieved' dispute or a direct resolution dispute with PayPalafter a resonable amount of time. My question being, if I don't recieve my item, what should I do exactly, what would you do? And also, what are the chances that I will get a full refund?

Could be their account's been hijacked, and is suspended whilst it's been sorted out. my account was suspended for a couple of days after my account was hijacked after i foolishly replied to a phishing email (one of the first that came out). hopfully they'll be back up and running soon.
