> W300i Keypad

I bought a W300i keypad from Meteor Ireland (phone company in Ireland), certain characters dont work on the keypad and I have returned it back twice to the phone company and they upgraded software (dont know why) and cleaned the keypad, but the problem still remains.
I have also taken it back to an authorised Sony Ericsson repair centre for warranty and repair and they did the same, noone has replaced the keypad. The phone has already gone back to all of the authorised service centres in Ireland and it only resolves the problem for a few minutes until I use it again.
What can I do?

You can buy yourself a brand new keypad. You should give a little try and search through Ebay or similar sites and find w300 keypad. I know that the keypad of Sony Ericsson W800 can be very easy replaced with new, so it might be the same with the W300. When you have the new keypad you just go to an authorized service centre and tell them you want only to put that in your phone

hmm...might be easier to take it to a :se centre...as it's a clamshell it'll be harder to open and stuff...
