Are there a program for me to manage my music files and also playlist on the PC instead of via the phone in the M600i?
Very taxing to manage the all the music and playlist on the phone.

I use iTunes (www.iTunes.com) and SyncMyPortable (www.SyncMyPortable.com).
iTunes is a great music organizer for the PC, and SyncMyPortable allows you complete control over the music organization as well as the playlists on your phone (or any other portable audio device for that matter).
The current version of SyncMyPortable works fine with the latest iTunes v7, but a new release with FULL iTunes v7 support and enhanced playlist support (for the W950, etc.) is just about to be released (it's finished, but still requires some testing with the older iTunes v5 and v6).
