My name is Armando Rozário, I am a veteran photo-journalist. My interest in Phone Cameras commenced in December 2004. About 7 months ago I bought my NOKIA 6265 phone camera and I have been conducting a series of field-tests with this camera (which is made in Manaus, Brazil).
I will hereby post the URL of the new website where I post my photos and texts. I contribute to more than three websites in Brazil and another two overseas. Here are the URLs:

Dear friends axxr, jojo, dumbrella & deluded.
Thanks for your interest.
Many columnists 'downgrade' the VGA format/size....saying that it produces useless 4x6 inch postcards.
This is not true, I have produced some very good images 640x480 with my NOKIA 6265 phone camera. People usually say that a photo does not tell a lie! My digital photos are unretouched....no PHOTOSHOP whatsoever!
I also use my phone camera with other configrations, such as 1280x960, 1600x1200 and also the very modest 320x240 & 160x120.
I will post a series of photos which were taken during the past seven months, 50% of them were produced in the VGA format, I have obtained very good 5x7 inch photographic prints from the 'downgraded' VGA !

Why use VGA? Because it saves a lot of space in your Phone Camera and you are able to shoot hundreds or thousands of snapshots without downloading your camera when you are travelling!
I'll indicate a link/URL where you can examine a few of my 'VGA' snapshots:
http://forum.atimes.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=9024
Please check the Korean 'ohmynews' link, you'll understand why the VGA size (640x480) is more than adequate for postacard sized photos (4 x 6 inches)
Any comments on my preference? I also take snapshots (1280x960; 1600x1200 and even at 320x240), my NOKIA 6265 produces very good results.
