> K790-k800 Shortcut keeps reseting

Hey guys, I have a k790a and I have been having a slight recurring problem with my shortcuts. It seems that every so often it will reset my shortcuts after I have customized them, anyone know what that might be and how to resolve it? any input welcome, thanks again and awesome site, btw. Helped me out a lot.

i had that experience with my k750, i just did a master reset and it got fixed, i s just like a bug.

I do have the same problem buti dont think a master reset is worth it. But thats just me. I dont have the time to backup everything. But i will probably do it one day i am bored or something.

I also have had that same problem with my K750 and K800, but it only seems to happen after first setting the shortcuts and restarting the phone.
One I set the shortcuts again the problem never arose (on both handsets), so I would just persist with it, I reckon! Cheers!

I used to have this problem but after upgraded to the latest firmware... i never had this problem again.
