Does anyone know how to get Sman (any version) installed and working for the p990i?
I have downloaded many versions of it but when installing it by the cable sonyericsson pc suite method, it half gets transferred but then it just stalls and the server busy windows comes up for some strange reason.
I also bluetooth transferred it but when I opened it up it says the phoned doesnt support that file anymore.
Any ideas how to go round this?

I might be wrong, but I don't think a version of Sman has been released yet for UIQ3. The copy your P990 is rejecting is almost certainly for the previous UIQ2 which previous P-series models ran.
The nearest equivalent for UIQ3 on the P990 is currently Swiss Manager - there's a free version that you can download from various places, and also a "Pro" paid for version - not sure what the differences are, but the free version does all the basic task/memory managing stuff.
