I am completely unable to stream 3gp media to my K790a. I have Cingular, and bought a MediaNet Max package (unlimited data for ~$20/mo), the internet works great, I can use the phone's browser, Opera Mini Beta, MobyExplorer, and RadioBee. But the phone's media player won't play any 3gp movies or audio streams. I have tried using soma.fm radio channels, and ZooVision.com video and audio .3gp files. I have also tried applying the settings from Cingular's website for the W810i. When I select a link, the phone displays 'Connecting to media server' and then 'connected to media server' then the player comes up displaying the truncated address next to a green play icon, but the media never plays.

What are the correct settings???
Any ideas???

Nobody has any ideas.... just point me in the right direction.
does anybody have streaming working over cingular???

I had a hard time getting cingular to work for me on my k750i. I am not sure if the k790i will accept same settings. This is where I went to get them.

Unfortunately I have moved to T-Mobile with k800i now. I LOVE the k790/k800i. awesome screen.
