Sony Ericsson’s latest phones will be displayed at the GITEX 2006 from 18 to 22 November 2006 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Sony Ericsson’s presence at this premiere event will ensure that the latest advancements in mobile phones are out in force.The stand will highlight Sony Ericsson’s Walkman phones, digital imaging, or K series, mobile phones, the stylish Z series lifestyle phones and the penultimate business phone, the P990i.

"We have witnessed radical changes as to how people communicate. The range of technology available in the market now not only allows people to connect through words and images, but also through music," said Husni El-Assi General Manager of Sony Ericsson, Middle East and North Africa.

Yeh unfortunately nothing new has been announced at this show,its mostly about the last batch of

phones and the P990i.

It might actually be a good thing, after the year-long wait following the P990i announcement, that

aren't letting on what they're building/testing/whatever....

...(it would also be nice to buy a new phone that works properly out of the box - last phone to do that was my K700 2 years ago)....
...although I would like to see them announce a euro 903i.....ooo, in about 9 days, for release on........14/12(the astute know the significance of this date)....
