Hi,

I purchase an imate Jam phone from Dubai Duty Free on 30-Apr-06. It has developed problem of auto-off. I went to the authorized service center but they say that the phone is out of warranty since it was produced on 28-May-05 & its warranty finishes on 21-Aug-06. I showed them my purchase bill of 30-apr-06 but they told that the bill doesn't have IMEI no on it so tha can't get it re-imbursed from the company. The IMEI no is written on the bill with a pen but not printed.

They told that if I can get approval from company, they will do it but they don't have the e-mail id. Please suggest what can be done about this. I would be thankful to you.
