If your a Muslim, you should by now heard or read in the Quran that human many years before, during our prophet era, theres a group of people goes under the name of Aad. These people are HUGE. 5 stories high or so... it says they became proud of them self and their power and strength, disobeying God Allah SWT and the Prophets, thus God wipe these group people.
So if you think about it, thats why animals long time ago, known as dinosaur are huge. Than your mind go to our current time, theres this things known as the Pyramid, Great Wall of China, Those stone statues , Garden of Babylon, etc..... people of today with our limited mind still be thinking how can they do all that stuff...???
So people of today, they all came out with their own idea how, so they said oh they used pulleys, logs, ropes and lot lots of man power.... thats relating to us small humans of today... I bet the Pyramid is created by only 3-4 people of Aad.. just by carrying.. forget all these machinery we have in our minds..
These is a picture found, its in Saudi Arabia.. kept highly secret.. no one can enter the site area, but a spy copter manage to get a pic from above. I'm not sure if the pic is real.. but u can get a taste how huge these people are... either ways, its true what is written in the Quran.

The giant wouldn't be able to move without shattering his bones, and even his giant heart couldn't pump enough blood around to keep him alive!
I'll try and dig out the link, it goes into quite a bit of detail about it. Basically, the giant would have to have a greatly modified body, his skeleton wouldn't look much like a humans.

Read something like that too, I think its all to do with the earth gravity also.

Plus, how much would he have to eat each day? A Double Whopper with Cheese wouldn't fill the hole in his back tooth.
