Hey guys, right I dont like to think of myself as a n00b lol but ive got a wotan credit and ive got a vodafone branded k800 coming here tomorrow and I dont want to brick it after just recieving it!
Just checking, im gonna flash with the latest wotan firmware R1E or something, and I just want to knnow what CID should i select?
I didnt flash my w900i yesterday as i wasnt sure what CID to apply, I hear if you set this wrong you can end up with "Configuration failure" and have to flash again.
Anyone know or if anyone here has flashed their k800i from voda / 3 to generic what CID they applied, im thinking Europe 2 is the way to go?
None of them say UK specifically but thats what i recall reading somewhere... Any help would be greatly appreciated

you can't change the CID, however you can change the CDA.
I did mine to R1EG001 and I seem to remember there only being one
for the UK
