> can't access forum on desktop

i am posting this on my mobile as i cant use the forum on my computer.
estato.com wont load at all and direct forum link is the same. if i google estato and click site links they also dont load. is my ip blocked or something? as every other site i visit loads and works fine.

tried internet explorer fire fox and opera they all dont load the site yet here on my phone it loads fine using computers internet through bluetooth.
i guess it is only me having trouble then? everything was working fine until i made a post about an ebay scamer

Someone accessed Esato with the same IP as you yesterday. They did something naughty and the IP was blocked for a while. I have removed the block now so you should be able access the site.

thanks thats me back. are you serious somebody had the same ip as me? what did they do and how did they manage to have the same ip as me?
