I've taken Nokia E70 into decision...sure, it may be weaker in certain aspects (no touch screen, but overall it seems pretty durable), but it's faster, more reliable and already tons of software are available for SymbianOS 9.1 S60v3.
And they keyboard looks more usable as well...furthermore, the resolution of the display is greater and displays 24-bit color depth. Has 3G, Wi-Fi, BT, etc.
To be honest, I always like SE more than Nokia, but the dumb programming of P990i firmware is beginning to have me turning to Nokia smartphones (especially E70, I don't like the others as much as this).

E70 is cheaper than P990i as well, at about 25 percent. And that lovely 352x288 MP4 video recorder...and 3 days of battery life instead of 1 (P990i).
And a great web-browser.

Help me, I can't decide

Wifi is a must... i'm thinking about E70 before... it's nice just no touchsreen.... so i choose p990 and regret the performance. now i'm thinking about it again ) exec would be better but taking that big phone wouldn't be a good things to do everyday... anyone ever use E70? how bout the performance? how bout exec?

Exec is even bigger than P990i (which, one must admit, doesn't belong to the smallest smartphones out there either). And it's missing the very usable numeric phone keypad of the P990i...it just doesn't cut it, I think.
And Windows Mobile 5 isn't the most stable OS of the world, to be honest...freezes often and rebooting a WM5 phone takes ages to finish (well, P990i takes too).

Sym9.1 S60v3 is a very customisable OS, that is a big plus.

But the opinions of E70 users in contrast of P990i E70 would be very welcome !

Even though i hate Nokia, the E70 sounds reasonable.

check out the htc tytn, also known as vodafone 1605, or orange spv m3100 and the t mobile mda vario II they all look slightly different but they are all the same phone. Feature wise it matches the p990 and has alot more programs available for it but i find the p990 alot easier to use and nicer looking!
