Recently i have heard from a shop that k750i is discontinued in Turkiye, and that everyone is selling away their stocks. I wasn't quite contended with this statement, so i went ahead and asked a Sony Shop to acquire a more reliable information, and they confirmed that k750i is no more imported.

I still wasn't satisfied, as the sales representative also recommended k510 as a k750 equivalent, and gave false specifications about the model, probably due to her lack of knowledge on the model.

So i sent an e-mail to SE Turkiye, asking about the speculations, and their assistance on choosing an appropriate model, but they haven't bothered to answer. This makes me think the story is true.

Anybody has info on this? Is k750i still available in your countries? I think it is merely stupid to remove such a successful model, considering the fact that Nokia is still selling 6630 and other successful models as old as k750.

I can still see brand new and NOT reconditioned . . . K750 at my end. But we should brace ourselves that this models will surely be phased-out soon specially the K800 is already around . . . . back then, I can still see brand NEW - K700i around MONTHS after the K750 was already released.

I'm really sad they're dicounting K750i, cause it's the best model that Sony Ericsson ever made. It has everything that modern phone should have, and it's very well balanced when it comes to the features. I mean today you have either Walkman phones or Camera phones, examples: W850i which doesn't have autofocus, or K800i which doesn't have Mega Bass option in music player. I won't change my K750i at least until they release K750i sizeed 5 MP camera phone with real Xenon flash, dvd video quality recording, Walkman 2.0, A2D...

Yeah! The K750 is unreplaceable legend. It made a good career as the old good T610 did. It's one of the best SE phones.

Well at least SE knows when to stop, unlike Motorola.
