Hi all!
I am just wondering if it is possible for someone to port the media player found in the w950 phones into the p990? I love the music player and the visualization. I think it would be nice if someone can do that.

Lol you find that application then mate and show us all because as far as i know its not possible.
Concering album art its quite simple, there are a few ways of doing it but what i do is the following.
In the music folder on your memorystick create a new sub folder for each album, put all the songs from that album into that folder, then just drag and drop the album artwork for that album from somewhere like play.com or amazon into the folder along with the songs and voila you have Album Art

I sure hope not as that would defeat the whole purpose of buying a W950 IMHO. Personally, I feel that if you want the Walkman player app, then buy a W950.
I was pretty bummed when folks figured out that they could flash their K750 with W800 firmware (as it really took away from the allure of owning a W800 at the time). Hopefully, SE locked it down real tight this time.
Just my $0.02...
